30-day money back guarantee on all MILAN SILK PRODUCTS.

Milan Silk offers a 30-day full money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your silk product that you purchased from us. For unopened items, returns are allowed for up to 30 days after the purchase date. 

Return Process

Our luxurious silk pillowcases and eye masks are made from 100% pure Grade 6A mulberry silk, and are custom made with the utmost care. We firmly believe you will be satisfied with our products, but if not, simply contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and let us know.

In the case that you are returning/exchanging due to a manufacturer's defect, or if you did not receive correct items you ordered, simply send an email immediately to info@milansilk.com and we will make arrangements for your parcel to be returned for free.

If you are returning/exchanging due to reasons unrelated to manufacturer's defects and/or incorrect items, please understand that you will be responsible for return postage costs. For these returns we suggest that you use tracking and/or insurance to avoid potential disputes, as we do not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for an order, please email us at info@milansilk.com. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Milan Silk, 43 West Pine Tree Avenue, Lake Worth, Florida   33467.

We will be happy to refund your shipping cost with a paid receipt within 30 days of purchase.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
